Super unique,  a friend of mine mentioned it looks like a lyre instrument which is true. It features a 7.2mm pearl , 3 round cut rubies , and 4 round cut emeralds, along with 28 rose cut diamonds which are meticulously and individually foiled and set on the gold. The diamonds appear super white and bright and the pearl has nice luster. 

The ring measures 25mm or a full inch north - south and 13.1mm east - west, size 7 USA and size -able , weighs 4.63 grams and is in near mint condition with a small scuff on the inner part on the shank. Ring is unmarked, test 14-15k gold  that has a pink undertone to it. I believe this ring has a Nouveau - Victorian era origin.
