The Savage Gear SG2 Dropshot Specialist Rod is a well balance dropshotting rod that has a Japanese Toray carbon blank for a strong, lightweight, sensitive, fast and responsive action - just what you want from a dropshot rod!
This rod is finished in the same black finish as the rest of the SG2 range. This subtle finish is complimented by a white collar located just above the reel seat.
The rod is equipped with some quality hardware, including Coil Control guides for precise and effortless casting. The rod is also fitted with ergonomically designed EVA handles that provide enhanced grip and easily maintained, Seaguide CCS stainless steel guides with SIN rings that are both braid and mono compatible.
The Savage Gear SG2 Dropshot Specialist Rod is a perfectly balanced dropshot tool and the very sensitive and crisp blank ensures you won’t miss the subtlest of nibbles!
Each rod has a 2 piece construction and comes with its own rod bag.
